Terms & Conditions
These trading terms delineate the conditions under which customers may establish a business account with Bendigo Bearings Australia Pty. Ltd. By submitting an application for a business Account, the customer agrees to comply with these terms.
Account Opening
To initiate the process of opening a business account, customers are required to complete the account application form and submit the following documentation:
Director / Proprietor Full Name | Trading Name and Nature of Business
Tax identification number: ABN |ACN
Contact information: Purchasing Officer and Accounts Payable | Trade References
Credit Terms
Customers shall be granted a standard credit term of 30 days from the date of invoice.
Please note that Bendigo Bearings Australia Pty. Ltd. enforces strict 30-day terms. Accounts will be subject to review if invoices are not settled in accordance with these trading terms.
Payment in full is due by the conclusion of the 30-day period.
Payment Methods
Payments may be made through the following methods:
Bank Transfer or Credit Card
Late Payments
Persistent late payments may result in the suspension of the account and the revocation of credit terms.
Account Review
Bendigo Bearings Australia Pty. Ltd. reserves the right to review and amend credit terms based on the customer’s payment history and account activity.
Customers may be required to furnish updated financial information upon request.
Termination of Account
Bendigo Bearings Australia Pty. Ltd. reserves the right to terminate the business account at any time, with or without cause, upon written notice to the customer.
Customers may also terminate their account by providing written notice.
Acceptance of Terms & Declaration
By signing below, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to these Standard 30-Day Account Trading Terms. Also, declaring that the information provided in this application form is true and accurate to the best of my knowledge. I understand that any false information may result in the rejection of this application or termination of the business account.
